I believe that in order for us to ? the mediocrity of #healthcare & move back to the art of #Medicine that it will take the leadership, nurturing, creativity, engagement, vision, and guidance of #womenleaders to manage us through the transition.

Today is a day to acknowledge the importance of women #physicians along with their progress, achievements, and contributions in medicine.

While the needle has moved ahead, there is far more work to do.
